1. Scope / Geltungsbereich

Tracklio AI is a monitoring and analysis tool provided by Venvic. We provide software infrastructure only. We do not grant legal permission to monitor any specific website.

2. Authorized Use / Zulässige Nutzung

By creating or running a monitor, you confirm that you are legally authorized to monitor the target URL and process resulting data. You must comply with applicable laws, contracts, terms of use, and intellectual property rights.

3. User Responsibility / Haftung des Nutzers

You are solely responsible for the websites you track and for your use of monitored data. You indemnify Venvic and Tracklio against third-party claims resulting from unauthorized or unlawful monitoring by your account.

German summary: Der Nutzer haftet für die Rechtmäßigkeit der von ihm eingerichteten Monitorings. Venvic stellt ausschließlich das technische Werkzeug bereit.

4. Complaints and Blacklist / Beschwerden und Blacklist

Website operators may send complaints to info@venvic.com. We may block listed domains from new and existing monitoring jobs. Existing monitors can be paused or disabled after a legal complaint review.

5. Liability Limitations / Haftungsbeschränkung

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, or mandatory statutory liability under applicable German law.

6. Service Changes and Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Account Suspension / Kündigung

We may suspend or terminate accounts for legal violations, abuse, fraud, or repeated policy breaches.

8. Governing Law / Anwendbares Recht

These terms are governed by German law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protection law where applicable.
