4. Retention / Speicherdauer

Account and service data is retained while your account is active and until deletion is requested, except where legal retention duties apply.

Account deletion requests can be sent to info@venvic.com. We target handling within 30 days.

Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers used to operate Tracklio AI, including Google Cloud/Firebase, Stripe, and OpenAI (where enabled).
